2 million fatigue load cycles validatedRear support height: constant
Features
Existing height-adjustable bearing solutions:
1. Shim adjustment: Steel shims are installed at the top or bottom plate of the bearing to adjust elevation; shims are unconstrained and prone to slippage.
2. Screw adjustment: A trapezoidal-threaded height adjuster is used to modify bearing height; prone to fatigue failure and lacks anti-loosening mechanisms.
3. Wedge block adjustment: Wedge-shaped steel plates are added at the top plate of the bearing for height adjustment; horizontal fixation is challenging, and planar dimensions are large.
4. Filling adjustment: The thickness of the load-bearing rubber plate in pot bearings is increased by injecting silicone rubber; material curing time is lengthy.
Our Solution:
Polyurethane material is synthesized from prepolymers, cross-linking agents, and chain extenders. The resulting material exhibits fluidity and gradually cures after the addition of specialized additives, with curing time adjustable based on the formulation.
Advantages
-
Time-controllable
Compared to traditional silicone rubber injection, polyurethane elastomer allows flexible adjustment of curing time;
-
Long-lasting durability
The material is waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and aging-resistant, with a load-bearing capacity 2–3 times higher than rubber;
-
Stepless height adjustment, no need for jacking beams
Enables stepless height adjustment without requiring jacking beams.
