To fully leverage our ECO polyurethane material, we developed integrated application equipment. This "factory-on-wheels" eliminates the need for traditional stationary plants, enabling a continuous mixing and paving process. It ensures consistent application even at -15°C and achieves traffic-ready strength within 2 hours, providing a reliable, high-speed solution for emergency repairs and maintenance with minimal traffic disruption.

Our production line for expansion joints utilizes highly integrated robotics and in-process intelligent inspection to achieve end-to-end precision control. This self-regulated system is designed to deliver exceptional manufacturing consistency, ensuring that every joint meets exact dimensional tolerances, performs reliably, and is built to last—directly supporting the stringent quality and longevity requirements of modern infrastructure.

Our smart bearing production line employs precision machining and rigorous process control as standard practice. Our unified digital platform integrates Beidou navigation, smart sensors, and AI to create a dynamic digital replica of the bridge. It continuously monitors structural behavior, enabling the early identification and precise localization of potential issues for proactive maintenance.
